Misty Sky LLC (operating as Selfloveroutine) offers refunds under specific conditions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and only when course usage is minimal or nonexistent.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date.
- You must have completed less than 20% of the course lessons.
- Your account must show minimal or no usage of the course materials.
What Is Not Eligible for a Refund
- Requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Accounts that have completed a substantial portion of the course (20% or more of lessons).
- Any promotional or discounted purchases, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
If a refund cannot be issued, we may offer account credits or service extensions as an alternative.
